Rockstar has pulled all their games from GeForce Now

The developer of Grand Theft Auto, Red Dead Redemption and Bully has pulled their games fom Nvidia’s GeForce Now game streaming service. For some reason, the company has blocked users from streaming their games through the Nvidia service. There is no clear answer as to why this has suddenly happened, it seems to have been the decision of Rockstar themselves.

On the list of publishing partners for Google Stadia, Rockstar is seated as one of the biggest names there. There has been no Rockstar announcements for Stadia however which is certainly strange which means the companies are clearly working on something together. It seems likely then that Rockstar has signed exclusive streaming rights to Stadia which would mean Red Dead Redemption 2 will come to PC. Just not like how players were hoping and through Chrome browsers instead of playing natively on PC via Steam or another distribution service.

Information on the situation is very limited and we will update you as more becomes available.
