Earlier this month, Google released the free version of Google Stadia for everyone to enjoy. Which was perfect timing considering the current global crisis. Google is taking it a step further however by announcing that they are now doing a two month free trial for the Pro subscription.
This announcement has come with the tagline “Thank you for staying home. Enjoy free video games from Stadia Pro”. However, it’s only available in a handful of countries right now. The two month trial offer is available for the following countries:
- US
- UK
- Canada
- Belgium
- Denmark
- Finland
- Sweden
- Germany
- Ireland
- Italy
- Netherlands
- Spain
- Norway
Once you’ve subscribed, Stadia Pro gives you access to nine games including Destiny 2. After these two months are over, users will be charged the standard $9.99 per month for a subscription but you can cancel the membership at any time. This includes cancelling before the promo time has ended to avoid any charges.
