The Technology Behind Google Stadia

Haven’t got an Xbox or PS4 yet? Google’s seamless game-streaming service fulfills all your gaming needs with just a strong internet connection.

Investing in costly gaming hardware is no more required when the latest big release in the gaming world is around the corner. Google Stadia will release in the US, UK, and Canada later this year – your gaming gear will soon be everywhere you go without the bulky weight of actual gaming hardware. Just launch the Chrome browser, select your favorite game and start playing it without a second of wait for a time-consuming download.

Google claims to launch a 60fps game within 5 seconds, be it on Chrome or any other device. The cloud computing power of Google Stadia equals a console operating at 10.7 GPU teraflops—Xbox One X and PS4 Pro are nothing compared to Stadia….

Stadia takes on the heavy gaming load on its servers to provide you the latest version of any game at a high resolution with the best possible frame rate.  Stadia encodes the stream and delivers it to the user over a stable internet connection.
